Advocate Health is hiring an RN for the 12-hour shift Observation Unit at High Point Medical Center. This full-time role involves coordinating patient care from admission to discharge, with a focus on safety and quality during short-stay episodes.

You’ll work 3 shifts weekly, 7am–7:30pm, with 4 weekend shifts in a 6-week period, on a 36-hour schedule. Requires active RN license, BLS, and nursing program completion.

Qualifications

• Accredited or approved nursing program completed.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the practicing state.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification (American Heart Association).
• Greater than 1 year of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will coordinate patient care using the nursing process and established standards.
• Lead communication and collaboration to ensure a safe environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
