Advocate Health is seeking a seasoned Registered Nurse to join our Medical Observation Unit (23 beds) and Cardiac Observation Unit (10 beds) delivering safe, therapeutic care for adults with medical, surgical, cardiac, and neurological conditions, with 24–48 hour stays. The ideal candidate has completed an accredited nursing program, holds a North Carolina RN license, and maintains BLS certification.

Qualificações

• Completion of an accredited nursing program (not for new grads).
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state where you practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum, applying evidence-based practice.
