Job summary

Good Shepherd Health Care is seeking an RN Nursing Supervisor for our Urgent Care in Boardman, Oregon. The role leads nursing services, guides departmental goals, and supports budget development while ensuring high quality patient care.

The position requires an Oregon RN license with ACLS, PALS, and TNCC, and a minimum of five years' clinical leadership experience. This leadership role includes training, evaluation, and clinical coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with management education.
• Current RN license in Oregon; ACLS, PALS, TNCC required.
• Minimum five years of clinical experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in occupational health or related field preferred.
• Familiar with EPIC and hospital software.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise clinic nursing services in urgent care.
• Coordinate performance improvement and budgeting activities.
• Provide training, evaluation, and professional development for staff.
• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver direct patient care as needed and participate in shifts.
• Oversee nursing care across assessment, immunizations, and treatments.
• Manage supplies, equipment, and communication among clinicians.
