Qualifications

• RN license in Oregon
• BLS through American Heart Association
• ACLS, PALS and NRP required with six months of hire
• Trauma certification required within one year
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; 5 years in acute care; 2 years supervisory experience (ICU/ED preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing staff to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
• Identify barriers to delivery of high-quality care and communicate them to leadership.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate issues and trends and implement solutions.
