Qualifications

• RN license in Oregon is required.

• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily clinical operations and workflow with unit leadership.
• Serves as a clinical resource to staff for safe, patient-centered care.
• Assists with staffing coordination, schedule support, and patient throughput.
• Supports orientation, onboarding, competency validation, and staff development.
