Job summary

Creswell Post Acute is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to supervise daily nursing activities and ensure high-quality resident care. The role requires coordinating staffing, adhering to state and federal regulations, and collaborating with the DON/ADON as applicable.

Responsibilities include policy development, quality assurance participation, discharge planning, and staff oversight to maintain safe, compassionate care in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license.
• Experience supervising nursing staff and coordinating patient care.
• Ability to interpret and implement policies and procedures in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during tour of duty.
• Assist in developing and updating Nursing Service procedures and policies.
• Participate in quality assurance and facility surveys.
• Ensure staffing adequacy and delegation of duties to licensed and certified staff.
• Attend and contribute to care plan and discharge planning discussions.
• Maintain communication with physicians, residents, and families about care plans.
