Job summary

Creswell facility is seeking an experienced Nursing Supervisor to oversee daily nursing activities, ensuring care meets regulatory standards and resident needs during your shift. You will work closely with leadership to maintain a high level of resident care and compliance.

You will collaborate with the DON/ADON, develop policies, monitor quality assurance, and coordinate with committees to maintain safety and high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Directly supervise the day-to-day nursing activities
• Assist in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures
• Ensure reference materials are current at nurses' stations
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies and committees as needed
• Lead staffing and ensure adequate nursing personnel

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during tour of duty
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations
• Develop, update policies for nursing service department
• Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual and ensure staff adherence
• Participate in quality assurance and facility surveys as requested
• Plan staffing, assign tasks, and monitor performance of nursing staff
