Job summary

You will lead nursing staff, participate in policy development, coordinate with physicians, manage care plans, and support quality assurance within the long‑term care facility. Must hold an RN license, CPR certification, and have strong supervision and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• 2+ years experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
• Current RN license in this state; CPR certification.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Knowledge of PCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inform and supervise nursing staff to ensure quality care.
• Participate in policy development and QA activities.
• Coordinate with physicians and family members on resident care.
• Develop and review care plans; ensure documentation is complete.
• Manage medication administration and safety procedures.
• Assist in staff development and in-service training programs.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with regulations across units.
• Oversee equipment, supplies, and room readiness for admissions.
