Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during your tour of duty.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies.
• Coordinate with DON/ADON and other leadership to maintain quality resident care.
• Oversee nursing staff, assign duties, and monitor performance and adherence to procedures.
• Participate in discharge planning, risk assessment, and QA activities.
