Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise daily nursing activities in a long-term care facility in Creswell, Oregon. The role requires coordinating care with the DON/ADON, maintaining policy updates, and participating in QA initiatives.

The RN will lead nursing staff, ensure compliance with regulations, supervise medication administration, and support discharge planning while upholding resident safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree and be licensed to practice as an RN.
• Must have training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• 2+ years experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities to ensure quality care.
• Coordinate nursing services with DON/ADON and other departments.
• Participate in policy development, QA programs, and discharge planning.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents; maintain accurate records.
• Monitor medication administration and nursing service documentation.
