Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise daily nursing activities in a Florida long-term care facility. The role requires coordinating care, enforcing policy, and ensuring regulatory compliance during the 3pm-11pm shift.

The RN will work with the DON/ADON, participate in QA activities, and help manage discharge planning and staff performance to deliver high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, active RN license to practice in Florida.
• Experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise nursing staff and coordinate care with other departments.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during the shift.
• Develop, update, and enforce nursing policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with DON/ADON and administrators on resident care plans.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and facility surveys.
• Meet discharge planning goals and ensure proper documentation.
