Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our facility. The RN will supervise day-to-day nursing activities during the tour of duty, ensuring care meets federal, state, and local standards and regulations, under the DON/ADON as applicable.

This full-time role offers a starting pay of $26 per hour DOE plus shift differentials. The 3pm–11pm shift requires strong leadership, clinical excellence, and effective collaboration with the nursing staff and other departments to maintain

Qualifications

• Must possess current RN license to practice in this state.
• Must have Nursing Degree and RN certification.
• Minimum 2 years or more experience in a long-term care facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during the tour of duty.
• Direct nursing staff and ensure compliance with Nursing Service policies and procedures.
• Participate in discharge planning and care plan development for residents.
• Ensure adequate staffing and coverage to maintain resident care quality.
