PACS Group in Escondido, CA seeks an RN Supervisor to oversee daily nursing activities and ensure care quality. You will supervise LVNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other staff, coordinate resident care, and respond to emergencies while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role requires a BSN, 2+ years in long-term care with supervisory experience, and familiarity with PCC EHR systems. Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills are essential.

Formación

• Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing with a BSN degree.
• 2+ years experience preferably in long-term care, with at least 2 years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge or experience with PCC EHR is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and participate in resident care according to standards and regulations.
• Supervise, instruct, and assist LVN/LPNs, Treatment Nurses and CNAs in care delivery.
• Make rounds, provide reports, and monitor changes in residents' conditions.
• Perform skilled care assessments and participate in staff orientation and ongoing training.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and other health professionals; ensure timely orders and documentation.
• Oversee care plans, regulatory compliance, infection control, and QA activities.
• Collaborate with ancillary services to ensure timely, accurate delivery of services.
