Job summary

YAI - Seeing beyond disability in Queens seeks a Supervisor - Registered Nurse to oversee nursing services and medication administration across assigned caseload, coordinating with regional leadership and interdisciplinary teams.

The role requires an active RN license, BSN, BLS, and 3 years of nursing experience, with strong leadership, communication, and computer skills including Workday and EMR; travel between sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in NY or NJ
• BSN degree and 3 years nursing experience, preferably with I/DD
• Basic Life Support certification
• Proficiency with EMR/Workday and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursing services and medication administration across assigned caseload
• Supervise RNs and LPNs, provide guidance and coaching
• Ensure adherence to nursing standards and regulatory requirements
• Participate in hiring, staffing, and on-call coverage
• Travel to programs regionally to supervise and train staff
