YAI - Seeing beyond disability is seeking a Supervisor - Registered Nurse to oversee day-to-day nursing services for a regional caseload on Long Island, including Nassau and Suffolk counties. The role supervises RNs and LPNs, ensures safe medication administration, monitors eMAR documentation, and collaborates with regional nursing leadership to implement person-centered nursing plans.

Travel to programs is required; participate in staffing, training, audits, on-call coverage, and program

Qualificações

• RN license with current registration in NY or NJ.
• BSN degree required; MSN preferred.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Experience supervising nurses in a multi-site environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day nursing services and medication administration.
• Directly supervise RNs and LPNs and provide coaching.
• Ensure compliance with nursing protocols and documentation.
• Participates in hiring, staffing, and on-call coverage.
• Travels to program sites to supervise and train staff.
• Collaborates with regional leadership for program improvements.
