Job summary

Escondido Post Acute is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee day-to-day nursing care during the assigned tour. The role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local standards and directs LVN/LPNs, CNAs, and Treatment Nurses to deliver high-quality care.

You will participate in rounds, provide reports, and supervise staff while maintaining the facility's QA program and ensuring timely communications with physicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in long-term care.
• Knowledge and experience with PCC EHR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in resident care.
• Manage and administer IVs.
• Supervise, instruct and assist LVN/LPN Nurses, Treatment Nurses and CNAs in provision of care with prompt response to call signals.
• Make rounds and provide report.
• Perform skilled care assessments.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing staff training.
