Complete Care at Kimberly Hall South in Windsor, CT is hiring an RN Nursing Supervisor to oversee clinical operations for long-term care residents. The role requires an active CT RN license and prior long-term care leadership experience, with duties focused on care planning, staff oversight, and family communication.

The supervisor will implement care plans, supervise scheduling, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• RN license in CT is required.
• Long-term care experience is required.
• Willingness to pass background check, drug screen, references, and physical evaluation.
• Evidence of strong leadership and clinical competency expected.

Responsibilities

• Care Needs & Planning: Assist to implement and revise care plans, monitor health status and respond to emergencies or changes.
• Staff Oversight & Scheduling: Monitor care assignments, manage coverage needs and educate/lead staff.
• Family & Team Liaison: Communicate changes in resident conditions to families and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Documentation: Review incidents, transcribe orders, audit charges and maintain records for accuracy and compliance.
• Family, Resident, Staff Education: Explain health status and care expectations, guide and train staff as needed.
