Job summary

Complete Care at Harrington Court in Connecticut is hiring an RN Supervisor (Registered Nurse) for the full-time evening shift, 3pm to 11pm. The role requires prior long-term care experience and CT RN licensure.

Pay is negotiable with reciprocity and travel/contract options. You will lead care planning, supervise staff, liaise with families and the interdisciplinary team, document incidents and ensure billing accuracy.

Qualifications

• Licensed to work in Connecticut as an RN (Registered Nurse).
• Prior long-term care experience required.
• Must pass background check, drug screen, and references; physical evaluation may be required.
• Demonstrates leadership and strong clinical competency; growth and career development mindset.

Responsibilities

• Care needs and planning: implement and revise care plans; monitor health conditions; respond to emergencies or status changes.
• Staff oversight and scheduling: supervise care assignments; manage coverage; evaluate staff performance; educate and lead staff.
• Family and team liaison: communicate changes in resident conditions to families and providers; collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Documentation: review incidents; transcribe orders; audit charges; ensure record accuracy and compliance.
• Education: explain health status and care expectations to families, residents, and staff; guide care skills and interventions.

Here's What You'll Do for Our Residents & Facility:

Care Needs & Planning: Assist to implement & revise care plans, monitors health conditions, supplements direct care needs & responds to emergencies or changes in status
