Job summary

Manchester Memorial Hospital, Inc. seeks a Clinical Nurse Educator to advance learning and professional development within Hartford HealthCare's Greater Manchester Region. The RN will influence competency, onboarding, and ongoing education across nursing practice.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, at least 3 years of active clinical nursing, acute care experience, and CT licensure; NPD/CNS certification within two years preferred. Strong communication and LEAN process knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

BSN required; CT RN license before hire date.
Minimum 3 years of active clinical nursing experience.
At least 1 year in an acute care setting or specialty area.
Experience as a preceptor.

Responsibilities

Learning Facilitator: bridge knowledge gaps using adult learning principles.
Collaborative Partner: work with nursing leadership on learning needs and programs.
Role Development: promote evidence-based nursing practice.
