Elevate Care Waukegan seeks a Nurse Supervisor (RN) to lead our nursing team and uphold the highest standards of resident care. You will oversee RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering expert clinical guidance.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license with prior supervisory experience, and demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor & Assess Resident Care – Evaluate patient conditions and provide clinical guidance.
• Train & Mentor Staff – Support professional development and skill-building.
• Communicate with Families & Physicians – Provide updates on resident conditions and care plans.
• Respond to Emergencies – Act quickly and effectively in urgent situations.
