Elevate Care South Holland is seeking a seasoned Nurse Supervisor (RN) to lead our nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care in a dynamic setting.

You will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensure regulatory compliance, monitor care needs, mentor staff, and communicate with families and physicians daily.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
