Job summary

Elevate Care is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN) to oversee our nursing team and ensure the highest quality of resident care.

• Train & Mentor Staff – Support professional development and skill-building.
• Communicate with Families & Physicians – Provide updates on resident conditions and care plans.
• Respond to Emergencies – Act quickly and effectively in urgent situations.
