Job summary

Elevate Care in Chicago is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN) to lead our nursing team and oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality resident care.

You will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, mentor staff, maintain compliance with regulations, and communicate with families and physicians about patient conditions and care plans. A state RN license and supervisory experience are preferred, with competitive pay and growth opportunities.
