Qualifications

Active RN license (state-approved).
Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) to ensure quality patient care.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
