Apploi is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants’ daily activities, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local standards. The RN will lead shift planning, documentation, and inter-department coordination within the facility.

The role requires an active RN license, strong English communication, decisive judgment, and knowledge of nursing practices. CPR certification and LTC experience are preferred.

Formación

• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and regulations for facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants and plan shift services.
• Meet with staff to plan activities and provide reports.
• Admit, transfer and discharge residents; provide leadership on unit.
• Complete and file admission/discharge records; transcribe physician orders.
• Chart nurse notes reflecting care provided and resident response.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform IV care and other professional nursing procedures.
• Monitor safety and ensure compliance with equipment use.
