Apploi is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead clinical care and supervise staff in delivering high-quality resident care. The role focuses on supervision under the guidance of the Director of Nursing, with emphasis on policy adherence and care excellence in our facility.

Responsibilities include patient records, medication administration, and coordinating admissions, transfers, and discharges while ensuring the well-being of residents and compliance with governing standards.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Kansas and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Strong leadership abilities and collaboration with both professional and nonprofessional staff.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Complete RN records during admission, discharge, transfer and other events; file and forward records as required.
• Prepare and administer medications as prescribed by the physician.
• Facilitate admission, transfer and discharge, including transportation and packing arrangements.
• Administer professional nursing procedures per facility policies.
