Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide and coordinate comprehensive nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting. You will assess residents, plan and implement care, administer medications, and supervise LPNs and CNAs, ensuring regulatory compliance.

This role requires RN licensure in the state, BLS certification, and a graduate from an accredited nursing program. Prior long-term care experience is preferred and you will collaborate with physicians,

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; required.
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.
• RN licensure in the state of practice required; BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents on admission and on an ongoing basis, and develop individualized plans of care.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policy.
• Supervise, delegate to and provide clinical direction for LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants.
• Evaluate resident response to interventions and revise the plan of care as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and support regulatory survey readiness.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapy, families and interdisciplinary team members.

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
