Qualifications

• RN license required.
• 3+ years full-time or equivalent clinical experience.
• 2 years LTC experience with 1 year as educator preferred.
• Excellence in clinical nursing skills required.
• Experience in Gerontology preferred.
• Training/experience in adult learning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orient and educate all nursing personnel in the nursing center.
• Report to the Director of Nursing.
• Develop education programs in response to staff needs and teach current nursing practices.
