Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current RN license.
• Two years of clinical experience in long-term care preferred.
• Experience in gerontology and adult learning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orient and educate nursing personnel in the nursing center according to guidelines and procedures.
• Report to the Director of Nursing and develop education programs.
• Supervise orientation and perform competency testing for staff.
