Job summary

Recruiting.com LLC is seeking a licensed registered nurse in Arkansas to join a hospital team and deliver daily patient care. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care under supervision of the Director and Nurse Managers.

This is a safety-sensitive role with overtime and call-back as required. Candidates must hold current AR RN licensure and be familiar with hospital policies and procedures, and able to operate clinical equipment as trained.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an RN in Arkansas.
• Knowledge of hospital and department policies and procedures, patient care procedures.
• Ability to operate technical equipment as acquired through orientation.
• This is a safety sensitive position.

Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for assessing, analyzing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients on a daily basis. Under the general supervision of the Director, Patient Care Manager, Assistant Patient Care Manager, and Registered Nurse in charge, when not in charge. Incumbents are subject to overtime and call-back as required by the hospital.
