Responsibilities

• RN uses ANA standards and ethics to provide patient care.
• Records medical history, administers medications and treatments, and manages IVs as needed.
• Develops and updates patient care plans in collaboration with the health team.
• Evaluates patient progress and documents care and outcomes.
• Mentors newer staff and supports ongoing clinical knowledge.
