HonorHealth's Osborn Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Telemetry Unit-3W: Advanced Cardiac Care. The RN supports patient care through assessment, planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

You will perform treatments, monitor patients, and educate families about care plans, discharge needs, and home care strategies, while adhering to ANA standards and hospital policies.

Qualificações

• 1+ year RN experience in med-surg or acute specialty setting.
• RN license in AZ or Compact state, with licensure within 60 days of hire.
• BSN preferred; must complete BSN within 60 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care per ANA standards and establish/participate in care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Escort and educate patients and families on post-treatment and home care needs.
