Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Night shift RN to supervise, assess, plan, and coordinate patient care in the Telemetry Unit-2A/2F-Advanced Cardiac Care at Shea Medical Center in Scottsdale. The role emphasizes applying the nursing process, collaborating with physicians, and ensuring unit standards.

Requires BSN, Arizona RN license (or compact license), BLS, 2 years RN experience with stroke care exposure; 3 years preferred. Sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

Qualifications

• BSN from an NLN/CCNE accredited program is required.
• Current Arizona RN license or compact state licensure upon hire; licensure must be obtained within 60 days.
• All staff with direct responsibility for stroke care must follow stroke education addendum.

Responsibilities

• Oversees nursing staff and ensures adequate patient care and staff development.
• Assesses, plans, coordinates, facilitates, and evaluates patient care; collaborates with physicians on the medical plan.
• Mentors and onboards staff; manages performance and coordinates unit needs.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Arizona Registered Nurse license or Compact State Licensure
