Job summary

HonorHealth's Shea Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Night RN to join the Telemetry Unit-2A/2F-Advanced Cardiac Care. You will deliver direct patient care, collaborate with physicians, and participate in care planning to meet unit goals.

The ideal candidate has a BSN, an active AZ nursing license, 2 years of RN experience, and a commitment to quality care. A sign-on bonus up to $10,000 is available for eligible hires.

Qualifications

• BSN degree from an NLN/CCNE-accredited program.
• Current Arizona RN license or compact state licensure upon hire; AZ licensure within 60 days.
• BLS certification required; stroke education as per unit addendum.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate patient care on the Telemetry Unit-2A/2F-Advanced Cardiac Care.
• Provide direct patient care and administer medications per nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to meet unit goals and quality indicators.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and stroke education resources.
• Participate in staff development, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
