Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an experienced RN for the Telemetry Unit-3W-Advanced Cardiac Care on the night shift in Scottsdale, AZ. The role emphasizes supervision, care coordination, and collaboration with physicians to implement the medical plan of care.

The ideal candidate will have a BSN, AZ RN license, and BLS certification, with 2–3 years of RN experience and a focus on stroke patient care. Sign-on bonus up to $10k is available.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited NLN/CCNE institution.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Arizona.
• All staff dedicated to stroke care require stroke-specific education per addendum.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, assesses, plans, coordinates, facilitates, and evaluates patient care and staff development.
• Collaborates with physicians to implement the medical plan of care.
• Administers medications and manages IV lines as part of the care plan.
• Ensures policy compliance and budgetary stewardship of the department.
• Coordinates interdepartmental collaboration to improve patient experience and outcomes.
