Job summary

Southern Health Partners Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Night Supervisor for Montgomery County Jail in Clarksville, TN, working 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. You will lead the overnight nursing team and ensure high-quality patient care during the night shift.

This role requires leadership, quick decision-making, and collaboration with facility staff. You will mentor nurses, coordinate operations, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with correctional healthcare guidelines.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the state of Tennessee.
• Minimum of 2+ years in an acute or correctional setting preferred.
• Ability to supervise overnight nursing staff and coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight nursing team and supervise patient care during night shift.
• Serve as primary clinical resource for overnight questions and decisions.
• Coordinate nursing operations to maintain efficient, high-quality care.
• Assist with assessments, treatments, medications, and emergencies.
• Promote compliance with nursing practices and correctional health guidelines.
• Mentor and develop nursing staff to perform at their best.
