Night Shift Differential

Job summary

Southern Health Partners, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse Night Supervisor to lead the overnight nursing team at Montgomery County Jail in Clarksville, TN. This role requires strong clinical skills and calm leadership during night hours.

The RN will supervise, coordinate, and support nursing operations from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality care while the facility operates at night.

Qualifications

Active RN license in Tennessee with BLS/ACLS.
Minimum 2–3 years of RN experience in acute/field settings.
Experience leading or supervising teams preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the overnight nursing team and ensure patient care continuity.
Serve as primary clinical resource during night shift.
Coordinate operations to maintain high-quality care.
Assist with assessments, treatments, medications, and emergencies.
Ensure compliance with nursing policies and correctional healthcare guidelines.
Coach and mentor staff to deliver best care on every shift.
Collaborate with medical providers and facility staff to support continuity of care.
Maintain accurate documentation and support quality assurance.
