This role focuses on coordinating care, mentoring overnight staff, and ensuring patient safety in a correctional healthcare setting. You'll supervise the overnight nursing crew, serve as the primary clinical resource, and collaborate with facility staff to maintain high-quality care while the facility operates around the clock.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight nursing crew to ensure continuous patient care
• Serve as the primary clinical resource during night shifts
• Coordinate nursing operations and documentation for quality care
• Assist with assessments, treatments, medications, and emergencies as needed
• Promote compliance with nursing practices and correctional guidelines
• Coach and mentor junior staff to maintain high performance
