Job summary

Southern Health Partners, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Night Supervisor to lead the overnight team at Montgomery County Jail in Clarksville, TN.

The schedule runs Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, with a night-shift differential and a focus on safe, quality patient care within a correctional setting. The role emphasizes clinical leadership, mentorship of nursing staff, coordination of care, accurate documentation, and collaboration with facility personnel to ensure continuity of care

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight nursing team and supervise patient care
• Serve as the primary clinical resource for questions and emergencies
• Coordinate nursing operations to ensure efficient, high-quality care
• Assist with assessments, treatments, medication administration, and emergency response
• Ensure compliance with nursing practices and correctional healthcare guidelines
• Coach and mentor nurses to perform at their best on night shift
• Collaborate with medical providers and facility staff to support continuity of care
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality assurance
