SOUTHERN HEALTH PARTNERS INC is seeking a Registered Nurse Night Supervisor at Montgomery County Jail in Clarksville, TN. This role leads the overnight nursing team, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care while the rest of the facility sleeps.

You will coordinate operations, serve as the primary clinical resource, mentor staff, and uphold correctional healthcare standards. This is a hands-on leadership position designed to keep night shifts running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license.
• Experience leading overnight nursing teams preferred.
• Knowledge of correctional healthcare guidelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight nursing team and ensure patient care stays on track.
• Serve as the primary clinical resource when questions arise and quick thinking matters.
• Coordinate nursing operations to promote efficient, high-quality care.
• Assist with assessments, treatments, medication administration, and emergency response.
• Promote compliance with nursing practices, policies, and correctional guidelines.
• Coach, mentor, and encourage nurses to bring their best to every shift.
• Collaborate with medical providers and facility staff to support continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality assurance.
