Job summary

Southern Health Partners, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Night Supervisor to lead the overnight nursing team at Montgomery County Jail – Clarksville, TN. Shift is Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, with a night shift differential.

Qualifications

• RN with leadership experience.
• Ability to supervise overnight team and ensure safety.
• Knowledge of correctional healthcare guidelines and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight nursing crew and ensure patient care stays on track.
• Serve as the primary clinical resource during night shifts.
• Coordinate nursing operations for efficient, high-quality care.
• Provide direct involvement in assessments, treatments, meds, and emergencies when needed.
• Promote compliance with nursing practices and jail healthcare policies.
• Coach and mentor nurses to perform at their best on night shifts.
• Collaborate with providers and facility staff for continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality assurance.
