Job summary

Southern Health Partners Inc is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Night Supervisor to lead the overnight team at Montgomery County Jail in Clarksville, TN. The role runs Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, with a Night Shift Differential.

You will supervise the overnight nursing crew, serve as the clinical resource, coordinate operations, assist with assessments and treatments, ensure compliance with correctional healthcare guidelines, and mentor staff to deliver high-quality care while the facility

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight nursing team and ensure continuity of patient care during the night shift.
• Serve as the primary clinical resource for nurses and quick-thinking support.
• Coordinate nursing operations to deliver efficient, high-quality care.
• Assist with assessments, treatments, medication administration, and emergency response.
• Promote compliance with nursing practices, policies, and correctional healthcare guidelines.
• Coach, mentor, and develop the night-shift nursing staff.
