Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight nursing team and ensure continuity of patient care.
• Serve as the primary clinical resource during night shifts and address questions promptly.
• Coordinate nursing operations to maintain high-quality care during non-peak hours.
• Assist with assessments, treatments, medication administration, and emergency response as needed.
• Promote compliance with nursing practices and correctional healthcare guidelines.
• Coach and mentor nurses to perform at their best each shift.
• Collaborate with medical providers and facility staff to support continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality assurance.
