Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active, unrestricted RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where the RN is providing client nursing services.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Applies the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Maintains patient safety and accurate EHR documentation.
• Float to multiple units as needed.
• Communicate effectively and delegate appropriately.
