Job summary

SOUTHERN HEALTH PARTNERS INC in Clarksville, TN is seeking an RN Night Supervisor to lead the overnight nursing team at Montgomery County Jail. This role covers a Monday-Friday 11:00 PM–7:00 AM schedule, delivering patient care with calm leadership while the facility sleeps.

You will supervise, mentor, and coordinate nursing operations, act as the go-to clinical resource, handle assessments, medications, and emergency responses, and ensure compliance with correctional healthcare guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight nursing team while ensuring patient care stays on track.
• Serve as the primary clinical resource when questions arise and quick thinking matters.
• Coordinate nursing operations to promote efficient, high-quality care.
• Assist with assessments, treatments, medication administration, and emergency response.
• Promote compliance with nursing practices, policies, and correctional healthcare guidelines.
• Coach, mentor, and encourage nurses to bring their best to every shift.
• Collaborate with medical providers and facility staff to support continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality assurance.
