Job summary

SOUTHERN HEALTH PARTNERS INC is seeking an RN Night Supervisor to lead the overnight shift at Montgomery County Jail in Clarksville, TN. You will supervise the nursing team, maintain patient care quality, and set the standard for correctional healthcare delivery.

You will coordinate operations, assist with assessments and treatments, manage documentation, and mentor staff to perform at their best while ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• Overnight supervisory experience.
• Ability to coordinate nursing operations to ensure efficient, high-quality care.
• Demonstrated ability to assist with assessments, treatments, and emergency response.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality assurance.
• Promote compliance with correctional healthcare guidelines.
• Coach, mentor, and encourage nurses to perform their best on every shift.

Responsibilities
