Job summary

Southern Health Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse Night Supervisor at Montgomery County Jail in Clarksville, TN. This leadership role oversees the overnight nursing team from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, ensuring safe, compliant patient care in a correctional setting.

The ideal candidate will hold an active TN RN license, bring night-shift leadership experience, and be capable of guiding a team through complex clinical scenarios while maintaining documentation and quality standards.

Qualifications

Active RN license in Tennessee required.
Prior leadership experience, especially in night-shift supervision.
Experience in correctional healthcare or jail/brand setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the overnight nursing team and ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
Serve as the primary clinical resource during night shifts and urgent situations.
Coordinate nursing operations to maintain smooth, efficient care overnight.
Assist with assessments, treatments, medications, and emergency responses as needed.
Promote compliance with nursing practices, policies, and healthcare guidelines.
Coach and mentor staff to deliver their best per shift.
Collaborate with medical providers and facility staff for continuity of care.
Maintain accurate documentation and support quality assurance.
