Job summary

Southern Health Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse Night Supervisor to lead the overnight nursing team at Montgomery County Jail – Clarksville, TN. You will ensure high-quality patient care during the 11:00 PM–7:00 AM shift and act as the primary clinical resource on site.

This role emphasizes leadership, compliance with correctional healthcare guidelines, and collaboration with facility staff to maintain continuity of care while the world sleeps.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee.
• Minimum 1–2 years of night-shift supervision or leadership experience.
• Experience in correctional health care is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight nursing team and ensure patient care stays on track.
• Serve as the primary clinical resource when questions arise and quick thinking matters.
• Coordinate nursing operations to maintain efficient, high-quality care.
• Assist with assessments, treatments, medications, and emergency responses as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality assurance.
