SOUTHERN HEALTH PARTNERS INC is seeking a Registered Nurse Night Supervisor to lead the overnight nursing team at Montgomery County Jail in Clarksville, TN. This role combines clinical excellence with operational leadership on the night shift.

You will supervise, mentor, and coordinate care, serve as the primary clinical resource, ensure compliance with policies, and partner with medical providers to maintain safe, high-quality patient care while the facility sleeps.

Qualifications

• RN licensed registered nurse.
• Experience leading a clinical team preferred.
• Ability to manage night-shift operations and maintain quality care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise overnight nursing team and ensure patient care remains on track.
• Serve as primary clinical resource for questions and rapid decision-making.
• Coordinate nursing operations to promote efficient, high-quality care.
