Job summary

Southern Health Partners is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse (RN) Night Supervisor to lead the overnight nursing team at Montgomery County Jail in Clarksville, TN. The shift runs 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a night shift differential.

In this role you will supervise, serve as primary clinical resource, coordinate operations, and coach staff to deliver high-quality, compliant care within correctional healthcare guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight nursing team and ensure patient care stays on track.
• Serve as the primary clinical resource for questions and urgent needs.
• Coordinate nursing operations to maintain efficient, high-quality care.
• Provide assessments, medications, and emergency response as needed.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with nursing practices and guidelines.
• Coach and mentor nurses to perform at their best on night shifts.
• Collaborate with medical staff and facility personnel to support continuity of care.
• Ensure accuracy in records and support quality assurance.
